How often should I get my windows cleaned?
It depends on what you need! For high traffic areas that are by roads we recommend weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. For low traffic areas that are tucked away or don't see as much action we recommend quarterly or twice a year.
What are your prices and how are they determined?
We typically do flat rates determined before any work is done, so you know exactly how much you'll pay for each job. Our exact prices are also almost always determined in person. This isn't because we don't want you to know ahead of time but because we want to make sure we set good expectations right off the bat. We know how frustrating it is for both ends to not have something turn out the way you wanted!
Can I have both sides of my glass cleaned?
Yep! We offer comprehensive window cleans for all sides to ensure things are squeaky clean. We also offer window track, screen and sill cleaning!
What all is included in a standard window clean?
For a standard clean it will be glass only, which is the most important part of any window. We'll also wipe down the sill of any excess water if we're able to and clear anything in the way, but please ask if you need something more specifically done! We're more than willing to work with you on what specifically you'd need, as well as give our professional opinion!
Do I need to be home when you come to clean?
Nope! You don't need to be home while we work, as our team is fully prepared to complete the job with minimal disruption. We’ll make arrangements with you beforehand to ensure we can access the areas that need cleaning, and if necessary, we can arrange for key pickup or access. If you’d prefer to be present, we’re happy to work around your schedule. Our goal is to make the experience as easy and convenient for you as we can!
What if there is stuff in the way of the window or it's hard to reach?
We try to come prepared to any job, and that includes extension poles, ladders, and lifts to reach the really high windows! If there's something in the way of the window that would impede the clean, such as furniture or decorations, we typically would ask that you take the time to move it out of the way before we get started. Or, if you'd rather not, we're happy to move stuff out of the way for a small fee, and we'll be sure to include that in the total.
Do you do both residential and commercial window cleaning
Yes! Whether you need windows at your business or home, we take care of broad scope and are able to work with what you need! We do residences, office spaces and buildings, churches, restaurants, and much more. We bring all our own gear, tools, and equipment, so the only thing you'll have to provide is a little water if we need it!
What if there's something that's not listed here?
Whether you have dust gathering on your glass (what a pane), dirt caked in your window screens and frames, or streaks coming down your windows that just don't go away, we'll work closely with you to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Do you do scheduling?
Yes! Need your windows cleaned one time this week? No problem. Want to set up a scheduled window cleaning for once or twice a month? We got you covered. We recognize that there's a lot that goes into taking care of a place, so as long as its in our working hours, we are able to take care of cleaning services for residences, commercial spaces, move-ins/outs, special events, or post-renovation clean-ups.
